What you'll do...
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Provide exceptional customer service, answer questions, and greet members.
Ensure a clean, member-ready area and maintain organized merchandise receiving and stocking.
Manage inventory to avoid out-of-stock and overstock situations.
Drive area performance by using digital tools and managing inventory.
Model high-quality service and products, and assist customers according to company policies.
Comply with company policies and procedures, and participate in training and development programs.
Minimum Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with produce.
Customer service orientation.
Flexibility to work in different areas of the store.
Pay and Benefits
Hourly wage range: $21.00 to $29.00
Performance-based bonuses and other benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and discounts.
