What You'll Do
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Help educate other associates on tools, tasks, and resources.
- Communicate effectively and develop interpersonal skills for providing customer service.
- Work in other areas as needed, tracking goods, maintaining in-stock levels, and controlling shrinkage.
- Understand and prepare produce merchandise according to established standards.
- Use digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and engage associates.
- Drive the performance of the area by utilizing digital tools and perpetual inventory management techniques.
- Ensure quality and date control standards are met.
- Eliminate waste and guide peers.
- Model high-quality service and products, advocating for the department and the club.
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.
- Complete work assignments and prioritize tasks by using policies, data, and resources.
- Adapt to and learn from change, difficulties, and feedback.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Preferred qualifications include experience with produce and strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Pay
The hourly wage range for this position is $18.00 to $26.00* with additional compensation in the form of premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
