As a produce team member, you play a crucial role in ensuring these qualities are met by managing availability, cleanliness, and freshness. Your positive attitude and excellent customer service are key to enhancing the shopping experience.
What you'll do...
- Be a Team Member: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, collaborate with teams, provide customer service, and adapt to changing work scenarios.
- Be an Expert: Understand and prepare produce according to established standards, ensure product safety, and adhere to relevant laws and regulations.
- Be a Techie: Use digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and engage associates; utilize handheld technology for immediate business decisions.
- Be an Owner: Drive area performance, manage inventory, maintain quality and date control, eliminate waste, guide peers, and address customer needs.
- Be a Talent Ambassador: Advocate for the department, model high-quality service, and execute the basics at the highest level of quality.
- Comply with company policies and standards; complete work assignments and prioritize tasks.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older

Pay and Benefits
