What you'll do...
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Help educate other associates on tools, tasks, and resources.
Communicate effectively and develop interpersonal skills for providing customer service.
Work in other areas as needed, tracking goods, maintaining in-stock levels, and controlling shrinkage.
Understand the processes and specifications related to quality of various types of produce merchandise.
Prepare products according to established standards, maintaining product safety, and following company sanitation guidelines.
Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement.
Drive the performance of the area, using digital tools, and ensuring quality and date control standards.
Eliminate waste and guide peers and provide attention to customer needs.
Assist customers according to company policies and procedures.
Be an advocate for the department and the club by valuing the member's experience in the produce area and modeling high-quality service and products.
Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.
Complete work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources.
Identify priorities, deadlines, and expectations, and determine and recommend ways to address improvement opportunities.
Adapt to and learn from change, difficulties, and feedback.
