What you'll do...

• Be an Expert: Understand produce quality processes and specifications, prepare products according to standards, and follow sanitation guidelines.
• Be a Techie: Use digital tools to drive sales, improve shopping experience, and engage associates; utilize handheld technology for immediate decisions.
• Be an Owner: Lead the area, manage inventory, maintain quality and date controls, eliminate waste, guide peers, and address customer needs.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Advocate for the department, model high-quality service and products, execute basics at highest quality, and exhibit energy and commitment.
• Comply with company policies and standards; complete work assignments and prioritize tasks.
