What you'll do...
Be a Team Member: Stay updated on products, collaborate with teams, provide customer service, and adapt to changing work scenarios.
Be an Expert: Understand produce quality processes and specifications, prepare products according to standards, and follow sanitation guidelines.
Be a Techie: Use digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and engage associates; utilize handheld technology for immediate decisions.
Be an Owner: Lead the area, manage inventory, ensure quality and date control, eliminate waste, guide peers, and address customer needs.
Be a Talent Ambassador: Advocate for the department, model high-quality service, and execute the basics at the highest level of quality.
Comply with company policies and standards, implement action plans, and apply ethical behavior in business processes.
Complete work assignments and prioritize tasks using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, co-workers, customers, and partners.
