Prod Support - Workday HCM

About the Role

This is a full-time, 12-month contract position located in Plano, TX. The role focuses on production support for Workday HCM.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot business process issues, security access problems, and data inconsistencies in Workday.
• Work closely with HR and finance teams to address functional and technical Workday issues.
• Configure and update Workday business processes based on organizational changes and compliance needs.
• Support Workday Security Administration, including user access control and role-based security assignments.
• Utilize ticketing systems (e.g., Remedy, Jira) and monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk, Dynatrace) for issue resolution.

Requirements

• 7+ years of IT experience in production support.
• Experience with Workday HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management) and configuration options.
• Basic knowledge of database concepts and SQL queries.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., Remedy, Jira) and monitoring tools (Splunk, Dynatrace).

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT experience in production support specifically related to Workday HCM, including Payroll, Benefits, Absence, Time Tracking, Security, VNDLY, and other modules.

Pay

Pay range: $65–$70 per hour. The final pay offered will be based on factors such as education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, and certifications.

This position is only open to applicants who can be engaged on a W-2 basis.
