Prod. Manufacturing Operator 2

Responsibilities

• Maintain product specifications and quality by following established procedures, SOPs, maintaining proper settings, and adhering to quality standards.
• Verify product specifications and quality through inspection, observation, and measurement of work pieces.
• Adjust machine and equipment performance to meet product specifications and quality standards.
• Troubleshoot machinery, equipment, and products to identify issues causing non-conformance to specifications or improper operation.
• Utilize hand and power tools, cranes, and other material handling devices for manufacturing assistance.
• Fabricate and assemble sectional and rolling door sections and component materials as needed.
• Perform operator preventative maintenance according to the equipment/machinery schedule.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of industrial manufacturing experience.
• Able to read and understand work instructions in English.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic operations (add, subtract, multiply, divide) and convert fractions.
• Effective use of measuring tools.
• Preferred: High School Diploma or GED.

Physical Or Work Environment Requirements

• Frequent bending, pulling/pushing, reaching, and lifting up to 75 pounds.
• Regularly lift up to 35 pounds.
