Key Responsibilities

  • Manage sourcing activities, including identifying qualified suppliers, soliciting bids, and evaluating proposals.
  • Execute purchase orders, track order status, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain procurement records, pricing data, supplier scorecards, and compliance documentation.
  • Support procurement strategy by optimizing cost, quality, delivery performance, and supply continuity.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and long-term agreements with strategic suppliers.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across regions.
  • Analyze market trends, currency fluctuations, lead times, and supply risks; recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Drive process improvements aligned with corporate procurement policies.
  • Utilize Microsoft Dynamics ERP for procurement processes.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
  • 3–7 years of purchasing, procurement, or supply chain experience.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, communication, and vendor-management skills.
