Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain various types of earthmoving and aerial work platforms, including excavators, skid steers, and lift trucks.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Assist in the repair and troubleshooting of equipment issues as needed.
  • Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Follow all safety protocols and adhere to company policies.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Pass a background check and drug screening.

Qualifications

Experience with equipment operation and basic maintenance is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.

Skills

  • Proficiency with hand tools and power tools.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work under pressure.
