Procurement Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist to support our global activity, with a strong focus on Corporate Services and other indirect categories. This role will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders including Finance, Security, Legal, and other internal teams to drive cost efficiency, supplier performance, and value creation while ensuring compliance with company policies and US market regulations. The Procurement Specialist will administer and lead competitive bidding processes (RFPs), negotiate commercial terms, analyze proposals, issue commercial reports, and evaluate and select suppliers in accordance with company policies, primarily in Business & 3rd party Services Procurement.

Responsibilities

• Formulate requests for proposal/quotations/information, conduct bid analysis, tenders, and risk evaluations.
• Coordinate preparation of RFP and SoW, administer and lead cross-functional teams through the competitive bidding process.
• Direct supplier negotiations, develop, evaluate, and select suppliers in accordance with company policies.
• Strategically source services and goods using a variety of methods to ensure an uninterrupted supply.
• Evaluate and select suppliers based on their ability to provide goods/services at costs consistent with budgetary expectations.
• Negotiate contracts to minimize operational, legal, and financial risks; collaborate with internal and external legal counsel as applicable.
• Analyze trends and make corresponding sourcing decisions.
• Participate in meetings with suppliers to rectify issues and ensure suppliers meet requirements and expectations.
• Perform work according to department KPI goals and other assigned duties.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Economics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline; or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional procurement experience, with mandatory expertise in corporate services (Security, telecom, cleaning and maintenance, etc.), HR services, and professional services.
• Proven expertise in procurement processes, negotiation skills, vendor management, and contract negotiation.
• Solid knowledge of business and third-party services purchasing, with a strong commercial focus on project-based contracts and service requirements.
• Experience working in a high-performance, complex organizational environment with multiple systems and stakeholders, including compliance, safety, quality, and environmental management.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey information to diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
• Self-motivated professional with excellent planning, project management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
• Strong computer proficiency, including advanced use of Excel and the full Microsoft Office suite.
• Familiarity with the ZIP procurement system is preferred.

Pay

Base Compensation Range: $110,000—$140,000 USD
