Procurement Specialist

• Shape Strategic Purchasing: Create and maintain procurement documents, orders, and master data in modern procurement and ERP systems.
• Focus on IT Procurement: Source and manage external IT service providers and freelancers, and procure IT software and hardware for projects and services.
• Collaborative Supplier Management: Build targeted, long-term partnerships with suppliers and develop them through supplier qualifications and evaluations.
• Efficiency Improvement through Cost Optimization: Conduct comprehensive price comparisons, evaluate tenders, and make cost- and benefit-based decisions to reduce procurement costs.
• Future-Oriented Process Innovation: Participate in the digitalization and improvement of procurement processes, and contribute to establishing innovative approaches and process improvements.
• Ensuring Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal guidelines, and identify and mitigate risks.

Your talents

• A completed degree in a commercial field.
• Relevant professional experience in procurement or IT consulting.
• Solid experience with SAP.
• Good knowledge of common MS Office products.
• Ideally, familiarity with Microsoft Power BI (not required).
• Good English skills, and ideally, German language skills.
• You are diligent, well-organized, and maintain an overview.
• Initiative, a service-oriented mindset, teamwork skills, and enthusiasm for the digital world.
