About the role
The Procurement Specialist is responsible for managing the procurement process for materials and services. This includes sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Responsibilities
- Source and evaluate potential suppliers for materials and services
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
- Monitor supplier performance and make recommendations for improvement
- Prepare and maintain procurement records and reports
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Familiarity with procurement software and tools
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with procurement systems and databases
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices

Pay
Salary range: $50,000 - $70,000 per year
Schedule
Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
