Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain heavy equipment and machinery safely and efficiently.
• Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Assist in the training of new employees and provide guidance on equipment operation and safety protocols.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues related to equipment usage and maintenance.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss project progress and share best practices.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Experience operating heavy equipment such as excavators, skid steers, and telehandlers preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical ability to perform tasks requiring lifting and moving of heavy objects.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in using computer systems for data entry and record keeping.
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to heavy equipment operations.
• Understanding of basic electrical and hydraulic systems.
