Careerscape is supporting a client opening for a Hybrid Entry-Level Procurement Specialist. This role focuses on supporting purchasing activities, coordinating with vendors, managing purchase orders, monitoring inventory needs, and ensuring the timely procurement of goods and services. Compensation
The salary range for this role is $65,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience, organizational skills, communication abilities, and client hiring needs. Additional compensation and benefits details will be shared during the hiring process.

What we’re looking for
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, or a related field preferred
- 0–2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, administration, customer service, logistics, or related roles
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- High attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a hybrid work environment
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Professional, dependable, and collaborative mindset
Nice to have
- Internship or entry-level procurement experience
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite
- Knowledge of purchasing and inventory management processes
- Experience working with vendors or supplier relationships
- Interest in supply chain management and strategic sourcing
