Responsibilities
- Create and maintain excellent relationships with current and prospective vendors
- Evaluate cost parameters and budgets for purchases
- Review and analyze all suppliers and pricing options
- Reconcile financial transactions with Accounting and Finance
- Communicate with field operators on new and current projects
- Work with team members and procurement managers to complete duties as needed
- Process quote and order requests from ticketing system (ServiceNOW)
- Process and reconcile invoices against open purchase orders
- Update asset inventory as orders are invoiced
- Add license purchases to SAM
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field is preferred
- 1-3 years of experience
- Ability to work independently with a high level of organization
- Strong communication and managerial skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
- Demonstrate expertise in drafting and analyzing mass amounts of financial data, business documents and/or other agreements while assuring compliance with applicable laws, guidelines and contract terms
