Procurement Risk Analyst

What's the Job?

• Monitor and track supplier risk assessments, scorecards, and remediation activities to ensure timely completion and accuracy.
• Extract, analyze, and interpret supplier risk data from enterprise systems and reporting platforms.
• Generate recurring and ad hoc reports related to supplier risk performance, compliance, and operational metrics.
• Support stakeholders with risk-related inquiries, reporting requirements, and issue resolution activities.
• Assist in maintaining operational procedures, process documentation, and reporting records to support continuous improvement initiatives.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's Degree or Associates degree
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and formulas for data analysis.
• Experience working with enterprise reporting tools and systems, such as Power BI, SharePoint, or ERP systems.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Excellent communication skills, especially in written form via email and Microsoft Teams.
• Background in business, procurement, supply chain, risk management, finance, or compliance is preferred.
