Description
The IT Procurement Associate Administrator will oversee the acquisition of IT hardware and software to support organizational strategies, collaborating with IT leadership, project managers, and other departments like Engineering and Finance. Key responsibilities include:
- Executing purchase requisitions for hardware and software
- Collaborating with IT and business units to manage IT procurements
- Tracking and reporting on the procurement lifecycle
- Supporting the execution of IT and organizational strategies
- Maintaining project schedules and statuses

Additional Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent with 2+ years of related experience
- Demonstrated coordination and execution of IT transactional purchase requisitions
- Strong computer knowledge and organizational skills, proficient with Microsoft Office
- Experience with Coupa, Costpoint, OnBase, IFS
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.70 - $25.70/hr. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, critical illness, accident, hospital coverage, 401(k), life insurance, short and long-term disability, health spending account, transportation benefits, employee assistance program, time off/leave, and more.
