Responsibilities

  • Perform daily analysis of requirements and complete work sets on a daily basis
  • Ensure all commitments are accompanied by a valid, approved, and posted purchase order using the min/max ordering program and purchase requisitions
  • Expedite as necessary and follow up on open purchase orders
  • Communicate to operations/manufacturing and customer service the potential impact of late orders
  • Ensure requisitions, MRP/planned order reports, supplier confirmations, and POs are fully intact and audit ready
  • Support corporate purchasing requests
  • Manage equipment parts
  • Provide supply crib/tool crib support

Requirements

  • Competency with MS Office applications
  • Excellent team-building and customer service skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate in English to the degree necessary to perform the job
  • B.A./B.S. degree in a related field and 2+ years purchasing experience and/or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Manufacturing experience preferred; PCB experience is a plus
  • Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and all applicable laws including ITAR, EAR, and OFAC, including:
    • Identifying ITAR product on the manufacturing floor and understanding that access to these products and related technical data is restricted to only US Citizens and US Permanent Residents
    • Recognizing Foreign Person visitors by badge differentiation
    • Following authorization procedures for bringing foreign visitors into facilities (VAL)
    • Understanding the Export and ITAR requirements for shipments leaving the US
    • Managing vendor approvals for ITAR manufacturing and services
