About the role
RMC is hiring a Procurement Program Analyst to support our Navy customer in Indian Head, MD.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain NSWC Command overall procurement and PRT system-specific performance, accuracy, and related metrics
- Support the development of briefs and reporting materials for Command and NAVSEA leadership
- Design, develop, and maintain Procurement and Technical Screening analytics metrics dashboards and reports
- Monitor the health of PRs using a variety of data sources from Navy ERP and the Procurement Tool
- Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint and Flank Speed-based sites, tools, and repositories for Procurement and PRT
- Support the gathering, tracking, and implementation of PRT system requirements and updates
- Develop PRT system user guides, workflows, communications, and related materials
- Participate in and conduct PRT and procurement-related training sessions as needed
- Update internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and related resource materials as needed
- Work with PRT end users, request generators, technical screeners, authorizing officials, and purchasing agents within the command
- Support NSWC IHD Command-related acquisition/procurement business process reengineering efforts
- Support NSWC IHD's participation in DoW, Navy, and NAVSEA-related procurement Communities of Interest (COI)/Communities of Practice (COP)
- Provide Technical Screening team supervisory oversight
- Assist in clearing unmatched receipts, frustrated deliveries, and open obligations
- Provide corrective actions on Purchase Requisitions (PR); Ensure final orders meet DoW, Navy, and NAVSEA standards for order execution
- Assist with the input of PRs and initiating workflows as necessary
- Maintain records and files for PRs; ensure related attachments and exhibits are included and correct
- Update tracking spreadsheets to maintain statuses as needed
- Maintain a professional relationship with all customers and vendors in both written and verbal communications
- Use Microsoft 365, Teams, MS Power Platform, and SharePoint
Requirements
- An active DoD Secret clearance is required to start. The selected candidate may be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information
- Associate's degree with two (2) years of relevant experience or a High School diploma with four (4) years of relevant experience in a project-related discipline
- Experience with the Power BI and SharePoint applications
- Experience in creating datasets, reports, and dashboards
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of working in a dynamic team environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and experience managing competing priorities

Pay
The salary range for this position is $75,000 to $90,000 annually.
Schedule
Full-time day shift, Monday to Friday.
