Procurement Analyst
Job Description and Duties
The incumbent is responsible for the most difficult and complex Non-Information Technology Goods and Services, purchase requisitions and purchase orders to ensure all state regulatory requirements have been met. The incumbent is expected to exhibit professional business writing skills, professional analytical skills, and work cooperatively with peers, managers, experienced staff and external stakeholders to meet the needs of the Contracts and Procurement Unit and the Department.

Qualifications
- Experience with State procurement, knowledge of Fi$Cal transactions, CalCard policies, SB/DVBE policies, training development and presentation, and Project Management.
- Analytical experience such as writing reports, procedure manuals, delivering presentations, business correspondence, strategic planning, and or metrics.
- Organizational skills such as task/process management experience (prioritizing, collaborating, documentation, attention to detail, coordination, and resourcefulness).
- Customer service experience such as communication, training, empathy, adaptability, self-control, patience, listening, and technical knowledge.
- Experience working with Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Adobe PDF, Sharepoint and Teams.
