Qualifications

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Procurement Operations Analyst to support critical supply chain and purchasing functions. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing day-to-day procurement activities, ensuring inventory accuracy, and fostering strong vendor relationships. You’ll play a key role in strategic planning efforts, support continuous process improvements, and help align pricing strategies with broader business objectives.

  • Manage daily inventory functions, including order placement, vendor invoicing, and stock level maintenance.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for vendor communication, including issue resolution and ongoing coordination.
  • Support strategic inventory planning and purchasing decisions in collaboration with cross-functional team members.
  • Aid in competitive pricing updates and product sourcing to align with company goals for market positioning and profitability.
  • Help implement process improvements related to packaging, unit of measure decisions, and handling efficiency in coordination with operations partners.
  • Review and interpret reports to maintain ordering accuracy, streamline workflows, and support operational performance.

Physical Requirements

Work is performed while sitting/standing and interfacing with a personal computer. Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing. Requires the regular use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations. Requires occasional bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, and reaching. Requires the ability to occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull medium weights, up to 50lbs.

Qualifications

Experience
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic problems independently.
- Understanding of supply chain or procurement functions and how day-to-day decisions impact inventory and fulfillment performance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general familiarity with reporting tools; ability to learn and navigate internal systems and databases.
