Responsibilities
- Develop and execute procurement strategies to support ongoing operations, maintenance, and facilities needs across North America.
- Lead or support RFI/RFP activities for operational categories including facility services, spare parts, consumables, and critical infrastructure support vendors.
- Conduct competitive bidding, supplier evaluation, and contract negotiations to secure best-value agreements that support uptime and operational reliability.
- Collaborate with Operations and Facilities leadership to forecast demand, establish sourcing priorities, and maintain continuity of service for mission-critical equipment and services.
- Monitor and analyze supplier performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and supporting corrective action plans as needed.
- Perform cost modeling, spend analysis, and total cost of ownership assessments to identify and execute savings opportunities.
- Manage purchase orders (POs) from initiation to completion, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely fulfillment.
- Support contract management and compliance tracking in collaboration with Procurement and Legal teams.
- Contribute to the implementation of procurement systems, tools, and processes that improve efficiency, transparency, and data accuracy.
- Provide meaningful reporting and insights to internal stakeholders on procurement performance, market trends, and category strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2+ years’ Procurement experience required or equivalent.
- Data Center Operations experience a must.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
