Procurement Manager / Sourcing Manager – MRO Services

Location: Bethlehem, PA • Onsite 5 days a week • Hours: 8 AM–5 PM, Monday through Friday

About the role

Our client, a manufacturing company near Bethlehem, PA, is seeking a Sourcing / Procurement Manager. This is an individual-contributor role with no direct reports and is a full-time, permanent, direct-hire position.

Responsibilities

• Strategic sourcing and management of assigned supplier categories
• Manage supplier risk through compliance with company procedures
• Oversee supplier negotiations including bid documents, RFPs, and collecting bid proposals
• Update vendor price lists as needed
• Meet with key suppliers periodically

Requirements

• Completed bachelor’s degree or higher
• 5 years in a procurement or supply chain role within a manufacturing company
• 2 years focused in procuring MRO or Capital Services
• Experience using ERP systems
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit for long periods in an office setting
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds

Pay

$100,000 – $120,000
