Procurement & Sourcing Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Procurement & Sourcing Manager to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will own strategic sourcing and vendor negotiations across a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. You will help shape commercial outcomes by balancing cost, contract terms, and stakeholder needs while supporting operational efficiency and strong vendor relationships. The position also offers the opportunity to build AI-assisted sourcing workflows that improve speed and consistency across procurement processes. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually Responsibilities Lead end-to-end negotiations for new vendors and renewals Structure deals that include terms beyond just price Conduct competitive sourcing and build business cases for vendor selection Create AI-assisted sourcing workflows for efficiency Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Legal, IT, and InfoSec on vendor evaluations Act as the primary contact for vendors on contractual matters Ensure timely review and approval of procurement requests with stakeholder alignment Qualifications 3+ years of strategic sourcing or vendor negotiation experience in tech or fintech Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with senior management Strong negotiation skills with experience in high-value agreements Understanding of commercial contract terms and comfort with legal documentation Hands-on experience with AI tools for sourcing and negotiation Drive and proactivity in a fast-paced environment Benefits Competitive base salary, stock options, and health benefits from Day 1 401(k) plan with company match Remote-friendly work environment and flexible time off Opportunities for growth in a high-growth, mission-driven culture Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
