About the Role

Implementation and oversight of the Supply Chain Process, inventory management, and investment recovery processes and programs.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee activities that implement inventory and investment recovery practices and maintenance of the associated databases.
  • Oversee the process that controls changes to customer requirements on material requests, purchase requisitions, purchase orders, contracts, vendor exceptions, receiving reconciliation, engineering specifications, category IDs, business unit disputes with suppliers, deviations from normal Supply processes, and emergent requests.
  • Partner with external travel services provider and airlines, rental car companies, and lodging providers as well as BSC Supply Corporate Sourcing team to manage and optimize the company's travel partnerships and related processes.
  • Oversee the implementation of the Supply Chain Process in accordance with company guidelines, legal requirements, Supply and Business Unit procedures, business unit needs, and enterprise-wide solutions.
  • Partner with IT leadership to ensure resource plans are established and managed to execute the Retail strategy.
  • Oversee the procurement process to ensure customer/supplier expectations are understood, the correct material/service is delivered to the right place at the right time for the right price, and materials and services meet quality and design requirements.
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing in growing PowerLabs services.
  • Support business unit emergency response activities as assigned.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in business or a technical field, and 6 years of relevant experience, OR
  • Bachelor's degree in business or technical field with 8 years of relevant experience, OR
  • 12 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
  • Working knowledge of purchasing functions, procurement technologies, and inclusive procurement and sourcing tools.
  • Strong understanding of commodities, suppliers, market alignments, supply concepts, and technical and non-technical clients.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, communication skills, and vendor relations.
  • Organization, leadership, communication, and project management skills and experience.
  • Experience with inventory management software systems such as Passport, Asset Suite 9, Coupa, or similar platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior nuclear experience—nuclear purchasing and contracts experience highly preferred.
  • Prior people leadership experience.
  • Experience reviewing nuclear contracts in Asset Suite 9.
  • Ability to define problems, research, collect data, establish facts, identify root cause, maintain confidentiality, analyze data, and draw valid conclusions/recommendations.
  • Material Management and investment recovery experience.
  • Engineering, maintenance, or work control experience.
  • Proficient PC and computer skills (Word, Excel, Access, Visio, PowerPoint, Passport, PeopleSoft Hyperion), work processing, spreadsheet applications, eSourcing tools, flow charting, and/or SQL database query development.

Pay

Expected salary range of $134,100 to $149,000, varies based on experience.
