About the role
We are seeking a Procurement PMO Support Manager with strong, hands-on procurement and sourcing experience to support a high-visibility procurement transformation program in a fast-paced post-merger environment. This role combines end-to-end procurement execution, sourcing/RFP support, savings delivery, pipeline management, and PMO governance. The ideal candidate can work directly with Procurement and Finance leadership, translate procurement data into executive-ready materials, and drive initiatives and action items through closure.
Responsibilities
- Support and drive end-to-end procurement and strategic sourcing initiatives, including RFP/RFQ processes, supplier evaluation, and commercial activities.
- Identify, track, and drive procurement savings opportunities, including savings baselines, targets, pipeline, and realization.
- Maintain procurement initiative and savings pipelines using Asana or similar work-management tools.
- Prepare CFO/ELT-level reporting, presentations, dashboards, savings heatmaps, and pipeline updates.
- Manage weekly/monthly procurement operating cadences, including agendas, action items, minutes, and follow-ups.
- Partner with Procurement, Finance, and Business Unit stakeholders to ensure alignment and delivery of savings initiatives.
- Develop and maintain procurement SOPs, governance materials, templates, and operating processes.
- Support procurement team onboarding, training, and transformation initiatives.
- Consolidate pipeline expansion opportunities and establish a repeatable category strategy and planning cadence.
Requirements
- 7-10+ years of experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Procurement Transformation, PMO, Program Management, or Management Consulting.
- Direct procurement experience is required — candidates with only IT PMO/program management experience will not be considered.
- Demonstrated experience with RFP/RFQ/sourcing processes and procurement execution.
- Proven experience driving or delivering measurable procurement savings.
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills with experience creating executive-level presentations and reporting.
- Experience managing multiple stakeholder cadences and initiatives in a complex, fast-moving environment.
- Strong executive communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
- Experience with Asana or similar project/work-management platforms preferred.
- Procurement transformation, Finance, or M&A integration experience preferred.
