Responsibilities
- Own the full procurement lifecycle, including sourcing strategy, RFP development and execution, vendor evaluation, contract negotiation, and final execution.
- Build and manage strong vendor partnerships while identifying new suppliers that improve cost, quality, and service outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to define scopes of work, align procurement strategies with business needs, and support ongoing sourcing initiatives.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and service levels to achieve the best overall value while meeting budget and timeline requirements.
- Ensure procurement systems, contracts, and vendor records are accurate, compliant, and effectively maintained.
- Act as a key point of contact for vendor performance and issue resolution, while supporting project tracking and coordination through completion.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of directly related experience or equivalent amount of work experience in procurement and/or vendor contract management.
- Proven ability to successfully manage all aspects of the company's procurement process for assigned products and services, including sourcing, RFP events, vendor negotiation, budgeting, contracts and contract execution.
- Able to work in partnership with internal stakeholders to ensure the organization's needs are met while managing procurement process procedures.

- Expected pay rate of $90,000 - $105,000 plus annual bonus.
