Procurement Coordinator / Hospitality Inventory Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Moving physical inventory in weights up to and exceeding 50 lbs.
  • Restock and keep storage areas organized and up to code
  • Ensuring safe and complete reception of vendor shipments and communicating with vendors
  • Recording and uploading expiration dates from received inventory
  • Conducting and supporting inventory counts across multiple departments
  • Managing physical inventory and maintaining consistent counts of all storage areas
  • Cooking and supporting the beauty program with Brand Management and Hospitality to manage inventory levels, product placement, and overall program facilitation
  • Managing location admin and reporting duties such as expense reports, online inventory system maintenance, and recurring reports
  • Assisting Procurement Supervisor in developing and improving procurement systems
  • Creating and placing Purchase Orders (POs) and working with the Finance department as necessary
  • Managing Procurement Clerks where applicable

Requirements

  • Driver’s License
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement/Supply Chain Management or related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong computer literacy skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel

Qualifications

  • Must pass a pre-employment background check including a drug screening
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States

Pay

This role is 100% onsite at PS MIA location, with a full-Time, 5 days/week schedule based on operational needs. This position may include weekends/holidays/non-traditional hours in order to meet business needs.
