Procurement Coordinator
Responsibilities
- Coordinate post-award procurement operations, contract execution and management
- Maintain quality assurance activities
- Support public health infrastructure activities
- Work closely with DPHI program staff, grants management, subcontract management, contractors, and administrative teams
- Lead process improvement initiatives
- Develop and maintain tracking and reporting systems
- Engage stakeholders and provide technical assistance
- Develop and maintain operational tools, procedures, and workflows
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in a related field and three years of procurement coordination experience
- OR an Associate’s degree and five years of such experience
- OR seven years of such experience
- Experience supporting post-award procurement activities, contract execution, subcontract management, or grants administration
- Experience developing, implementing, or maintaining operational procedures, tracking systems, standard operating procedures (SOPs), templates, or workflow tools
- Experience analyzing programmatic, operational, procurement, or performance data to support reporting, monitoring, and continuous quality improvement initiatives
- Experience managing multiple projects, timelines, priorities, and competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency using SharePoint, Smartsheet, APPLY ®, SurveyMonkey Apply, or other grants management, project management, or workflow tracking systems
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in a related field and three years of procurement coordination experience
- OR an Associate’s degree and five years of such experience
- OR seven years of such experience
- Master’s degree in a related field may substitute for one year of the such experience

Health Research, Inc. is seeking a Procurement Coordinator to coordinate post-award procurement operations, contract execution and management, quality assurance, and public health infrastructure activities within the Division of Public Health Infrastructure (DPHI).

- Grant funded position
- Compliance with funding requirements such as time and effort reporting, grant deliverables, and contract deliverables, is required
- Valid and unrestricted authorization to work in the U.S. is required

- Travel up to 25% of the time will be required
- The selected candidate must reside within a reasonable commuting distance of the official work location specified in the job posting and must also be located in or willing to relocate to one of the following states: New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Vermont, or Massachusetts, prior to hire

Work Location Expectations
