Responsibilities

  • Place and expedite purchase orders and change orders to meet customer requirements for timely delivery of proper supplies and services.
  • Provide additional support within the eProcurement team through Helpdesk Support.
  • Prepare purchase orders and change orders associated with them.
  • Troubleshoot all failed transactions.
  • Escalate issues to correct BSL departments or higher levels within the department.
  • Review and analyze transaction reports, as required.
  • Follow up on past due invoice issues.
  • Assist help desk associates by answering phone calls and taking tickets to help resolve issues.
  • Protect privacy and confidentiality of information pertaining to the resident, employee, community, company information, and records.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • Two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Skills

  • Basic level of skill to follow written or verbal instructions.
  • Basic technical skills to complete a few repetitive and well-defined duties.
  • Basic knowledge of the organization to answer routine questions.
  • Standard and routine decision-making based on detailed guidelines with little independent judgment.
  • Problems are generally solved with clear, detailed guidelines or by reporting them to a supervisor.
