Responsibilities
- Place and expedite purchase orders and change orders to meet customer requirements for timely delivery of proper supplies and services.
- Provide additional support within the eProcurement team through Helpdesk Support.
- Prepare purchase orders and change orders associated with them.
- Troubleshoot all failed transactions.
- Escalate issues to correct BSL departments or higher levels within the department.
- Review and analyze transaction reports, as required.
- Follow up on past due invoice issues.
- Assist help desk associates by answering phone calls and taking tickets to help resolve issues.
- Protect privacy and confidentiality of information pertaining to the resident, employee, community, company information, and records.

Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Skills
- Basic level of skill to follow written or verbal instructions.
- Basic technical skills to complete a few repetitive and well-defined duties.
- Basic knowledge of the organization to answer routine questions.
- Standard and routine decision-making based on detailed guidelines with little independent judgment.
- Problems are generally solved with clear, detailed guidelines or by reporting them to a supervisor.

Pay
Base pay in range will be determined by applicant’s skills and experience.
