As a Procurement Operations Contract Specialist, you will be responsible for reviewing supplier contract templates and supporting deal negotiations. This role includes updating and maintaining contract templates, managing translation requests, and working with internal stakeholders to initiate and review procurement agreements. The Contract Specialist will collaborate closely with Legal and Finance teams to ensure that processes, templates, and work instructions align with internal control requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Review supplier contract templates and support deal negotiations.
  • Update and maintain contract templates.
  • Manage translation requests for contracts.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to initiate and review procurement agreements.
  • Collaborate with Legal and Finance teams to align processes, templates, and work instructions with internal control requirements.

Requirements

  • Experience with contract law to review agreements, ensuring internal client interests are protected.
  • Experience working with various internal client stakeholders to address procurement and internal client needs in supplier agreements.
  • Strong understanding of legal and commercial terms commonly used in contracts.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including impeccable mastery of the English language.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Unwavering commitment to conducting business with ethics and integrity.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in contract administration, legal, procurement, or a related field.
  • Preferred Education: Bachelor's Degree.
  • Legal/Paralegal experience strongly preferred but not required.
