Procurement Associate Manager - Operations

About the role
The Associate Procurement Manager, Ice Cream Operations, drives procurement-led initiatives that unlock business value through savings delivery, performance improvement, and operational effectiveness. The role partners across functions to support growth, enhance service, and optimize end-to-end supply chain performance. By leveraging a strong understanding of the end-to-end supply chain, this role ensures Procurement contributes to Ice Cream’s competitive advantage while enabling sustainable growth and value creation.
Responsibilities
- Support Ice Cream savings projects through strong collaboration with R&D team, leadership, and other stakeholders
- Attend and represent Procurement in transformation meetings to discuss and track projects and timelines
- Identify and drive value led savings projects
- Ensure business case deliveries are met and aligned with project government structure
- Seamless project management and collaboration with business partners to deliver and execute on timelines
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on projects
Requirements
- 5+ years in FMCG Supply Chain (planning) or Procurement related roles
- Experience with systems: SAP, SRS/PRISM, Velocity, PEGA, etc.
- Strong skills in Project Management, Business Partnering and Strategic Influence, Risk Management, and Financial Acumen
- Ability to manage stakeholders
- Self-driven and self-motivated
- Organization and attention to detail
- Effectiveness in troubleshooting – able to remain calm in times of crisis and creative mindset to identify solutions

Pay
The pay range for this position is $88,600 to $133,000. The Magnum Ice Cream Company (TMICC) takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
This position is bonus eligible.
