Description
- Track expenditures, manage procurement cycles, and ensure compliance with DoD acquisition regulations, including DFARS and FAR.
- Perform market research to identify cost-effective procurement strategies and recommend optimizations for supply chain efficiency.
- Submit the Procurement Compliance & Cost Efficiency Review, analyzing expenditure trends, contract execution, and budget adherence.
- Administer chargeback arrangements—subject to approval by the Government PM and COR.
- Document all chargeback activities in the centralized license and services ledger to support program-wide visibility and audit readiness.
- Carefully coordinate with all active Work Orders to track, validate, and consolidate software and service license requirements across the program; including but not limited to licenses for GIS tools, data catalogs, CI/CD platforms, and dashboard/reporting tools.
- Support budgeting, documentation, and usage monitoring for all chargeback arrangements.

Qualifications
- Desirable but not required certifications include Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM) or DoD Financial Management Certification.
