Procurement Analyst (Hybrid)

Location: Folsom, NJ – hybrid office / work-from-home schedule

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM (temporary 4-month contract)

Pay: $38–$40 per hour

Responsibilities

• Strategic sourcing and management of indirect and direct categories
• Material and inventory forecasting
• Oversee supplier negotiations, including bid documents, RFPs, and collecting bid proposals
• Analysis and reporting of spend-data trends
• Supplier compliance and audits

Requirements

• A completed bachelor’s degree or higher is preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of procurement experience
• Previous experience using Workday and Power BI preferred
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit for long periods in an office setting
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds
