Procurement Analyst

Job Description and Responsibilities

• Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to project acquisition and product programs.
• Gathers requirements from NHDSM/SNAP and supporting documents to be developed into procurement packages.
• Collaborates with technical leads (Product Team Manager) and BFMs to ensure material and cost accuracy and available funding.
• Compiles required documentation for new contracts actions, p-card orders, and maintenance renewals.
• Maintains keen attention to detail.

Basic Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with 0-3 years of experience.
• Allowable Substitutions: High School Diploma + 4 years of experience.

Skills

• Keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in DADMS for software package approval status validation.
• Experience working within NAV-ITAS for ITPR approvals.
• Knowledge of SEWP for obtaining quotes.
• Ability to coordinate with Project Managers for shipments requiring FedEx labels.
• Experience receiving and checking in materials.
• Expertise in maintaining and updating master spreadsheets for procurement packages.
• Ability to upload procurement packages into SharePoint.
• Experience coordinating distribution of materials to internal teams.
• Ability to coordinate with Project Managers for shipments requiring FedEx labels.
