Procurement Analyst
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
As a Procurement Analyst at Trinidad Benham, you will be responsible for:
- Managing supplier relationships and negotiating contracts
- Researching and analyzing market trends to inform procurement decisions
- Developing and maintaining procurement policies and procedures
- Tracking and reporting on procurement metrics and KPIs
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services
WHAT WE NEED
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management
- Strong analytical skills and experience using procurement software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
EXTRAS
While not required, additional qualifications that would be beneficial include:
- Experience with ERP systems
- Knowledge of ISO standards
- Experience with contract management software
