Procurement Analyst
JOB SUMMARY
The primary responsibilities of this role include supporting the procurement software systems which includes assisting in implementation projects, application configuration and troubleshooting, training, and end-user support, onboarding users, and data mining for reporting. This role will analyze and work with IT on projects from the procurement system and secondary data sources to create dashboards, and commodity groups for strategic procurement, and efficiencies. The Procurement Analyst will identify continuous improvement and cost savings opportunities and assist with SharePoint administration for the team pages and news post communications. They will also provide customer service to our internal customers for processes related to procurement and accounting and assist with the implementation of administrative policies and procedures.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, or Statistics OR equivalent related work experience instead of degree.
- A broad knowledge of operations, policies, and customers or related experience is preferred.
- Must have technical expertise in data mining, modeling, reporting, and presenting findings.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
