Responsibilities
- Address all product non-conformities or rejections and resolve issues with suppliers.
- Manage rejections and subsequent warranties, returns, rejections, and credits.
- Afford after-sales support for any technical data or documentation required for specific products.
- Ensure open purchase orders (POs) have corresponding component traceability and scanned documentation in files.
- Ensure quality documentation is up to date for supplier base.
- Perform quarterly vendor scorecard reviews for top suppliers.
- Perform additional duties and tasks as assigned by the manager.
Qualifications
- A High School Diploma or Technical School Degree.
- Experience with Microsoft Office i.e.: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Proficient with computers and ability to learn to work with various software applications.
- Strong communication and analytical skills, process-oriented and organized.
- Must be able to multi-task and prioritize tasks independently.
