Responsibilities

  • Address all product non-conformities or rejections and resolve issues with suppliers.
  • Manage rejections and subsequent warranties, returns, rejections, and credits.
  • Afford after-sales support for any technical data or documentation required for specific products.
  • Ensure open purchase orders (POs) have corresponding component traceability and scanned documentation in files.
  • Ensure quality documentation is up to date for supplier base.
  • Perform quarterly vendor scorecard reviews for top suppliers.
  • Perform additional duties and tasks as assigned by the manager.

Qualifications

  • A High School Diploma or Technical School Degree.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office i.e.: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
  • Proficient with computers and ability to learn to work with various software applications.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills, process-oriented and organized.
  • Must be able to multi-task and prioritize tasks independently.
