Responsibilities
- Serve as the P2P expert in sales cycles, partnering with account executives and solutions consultants for product walkthroughs
- Collaborate with product teams to align roadmap capabilities with customer needs
- Identify and influence high-impact P2P deals, acting as a trusted advisor during evaluations
- Support sales enablement through training on P2P use cases and workflows
- Partner with marketing to develop value showcases for the P2P platform
- Help refine the ideal customer profile and sales playbook for new verticals
- Participate in deal strategy and pipeline reviews to improve win rates
- Absorb critical P2P upsell opportunities with account managers
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Procure-to-Pay, procurement, or AP automation, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment
- Prior experience in solutions consulting, pre-sales, product specialist, or sales overlay role
- Deep understanding of procurement and finance workflows including intake and invoicing
- Strong communication and presentation skills to simplify complex topics
- Ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with cross-functional teams
- Strategic mindset with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Asana, and enterprise software such as Coupa or SAP is a plus
