About the role

Manufacture bulk-blend products by setting up, operating, tearing down, and cleaning equipment in accordance with cGMPs (current Good Manufacturing Practices) and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures). Operate and maintain production lines to ensure safety, quality, and output. Troubleshoot and propose process improvements. Receive training and early ownership to build skills and confidence while supporting sustainability goals.

This is a 2nd shift position: Monday–Thursday, 2:00 pm–12:30 am.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately measure raw materials to produce finished bulk products according to specific formulations and procedures.
  • Operate mills, grinders, conveyors, mixers, tableting presses, and other equipment to create tablets, ointments, creams, liquids, and powders.
  • Monitor the manufacturing process and implement control factors to keep production within acceptable limits.
  • Maintain detailed production records, follow step-by-step procedures, and complete production orders efficiently.
  • Keep equipment and work areas clean, organized, and well-maintained.
  • Ensure a safe work environment, report hazards, and continuously develop skills to comply with FDA and cGMP requirements.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Experience in manufacturing or production, including operating high-speed packaging or assembly equipment, start-ups, shutdowns, and changeovers.
  • Proficiency in operating packaging machinery and tools such as electric and manual lift trucks, tape machines, fillers, cappers, labelers, and bundlers.
  • Ability to lift 25–60 pounds, stand or walk for extended periods, and demonstrate coordination, manual dexterity, and mechanical aptitude.
  • Willingness to comply with dress code regulations, undergo training, and work in conditions with exposure to product, dust, grease, and packing machinery hazards.

Pay

Starting hourly rate: $20.62.
