Processing Technician 2nd Shift

Responsibilities

  • Able to load and unload the plating barrels
  • Able to apply a supplementary coating to the parts
  • Able to carry baskets of parts to the manual line for processing
  • Able to load parts into the oven by sliding them on the belt
  • Comfortable working around chemicals and on occasion add chemicals to the tanks
  • This will require lifting
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Adhere to Howmet EH&S, Quality, Continuous Improvements and other Company Policies

Qualifications

  • A High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution preferred
  • Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire
  • Visa sponsorship is not available for this position
  • This position is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR)
  • This position will physically require the incumbent to perform duties standing, walking, overhead reaching, lifting (35 – 40lbs), pushing and pulling totes, and leaning over machines, all equally on a regular basis
