Responsibilities

• Setting up, operating, and maintaining advanced machinery, focusing on CNC machining and 3D printing processes
• Collaborating closely with team members to monitor production schedules
• Ensuring quality control
• Troubleshooting any issues that may arise during operations
• Participating in regular training sessions to enhance your skill set and keep up with industry trends
• Contributing to the overall success of the team and the organization

Schedule

Monday to Friday with an agreed upon 2nd shift schedule allowing you to develop a strong routine.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in CAD software for creating precise designs
• Solid understanding of CNC machining techniques to manufacture high-quality components effectively
• Hands-on experience with 3D printing to execute innovative solutions
• Strong volumetric measurement skills to ensure accuracy in production outputs
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Attention to detail
• Effective communication skills to foster collaboration within your high-performance team
