Position Overview

The Process Specialist II in our Bradenton, FL office is responsible for performing various FRVIS functions and using Verra‑specific applications. Duties include assisting in‑person clientele; examining vehicle titles, registrations, and other documents to determine authenticity for processing; processing titles and registrations; researching, advising, interpreting, updating, consulting, collaborating, guiding, and resolving problems related to FLHSMV statutes, policies, and procedures. The role also serves as the lead liaison when needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide explicit feedback to Customer Support agents professionally and positively.
• Review errors flagged by the system and implement proper corrections.
• Assist with special T&R projects from leadership on an as‑needed basis.
• Perform paper‑trailing process to identify and resolve document‑related issues.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong PC skills, including basic proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to use various equipment including computers, copiers, scanners, and mail‑opening machine.
• Strong attention to detail and quality‑driven mindset.
• Analytical problem‑solving ability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read records and resolve complex issues under stressful conditions involving customer records or policy interpretation.
