Essential Responsibilities: Process Title and Registration transactions in line with production and quality standards dailyScan documentsVerify Daily Title ReportsShip license plates daily and confirm plate inventoryAnswering general questions by telephone, email or in personMaintain records, filing systems and computer filesPhotocopy documentsPerform quality control audits and checksOpen, sort and enter data for daily ordersShipping and ReceivingAssist walk-in customers and online submissions Qualifications: Title and Registration or MVD experience a plus!Be able to lift 20lbsStrong attention to detail and organizedGeneral accounting experience or working with numbersComputer experience – MS EXCEL, MS WORD, Outlook, SharePointExcellent communication and interaction skills and telephone skillsDependable and punctual with flexibility in schedule to get work completed as necessary dailyBe supportive in a team environment while maintaining a positive attitudeStrong data entry experienceStrong communication skillsClean Driving Record with ability to pass 10-year DMV background checkPossess current AZ driver's licenseHigh School Diploma/GED Exceptional aptitude and flexibility towards serving and assisting othersSkills in reading records and resolving complex issues with customer records or policy interpretation Verra Mobility Values An ideal candidate for this role naturally works in alignment with the Verra Mobility Core Values: Own It.
