Responsibilities
- Enter prospective client information into database
- Enter insurance applications into appropriate software systems
- Create and send email communication to clients
- Order and track scheduling of medical requirements
- Order and track fulfillment of medical records orders
- Follow up with clients and advisors for outstanding items
- Finalize insurance policies in the database and forward documentation to insurance companies
- Provide back-up phone support to Receptionist
- Filing
