Responsibilities
- Measure and mix ingredients with precision to meet high quality standards.
- Safely and efficiently operate machinery and equipment, including basic machine operation, cleaning, and maintenance.
- Champion food safety and quality by following strict guidelines and practices.
- Manage materials using an ERP system: refill bulk containers, complete batching paperwork, and support bulk‑bag bailing.
- Collaborate with team members and uphold company values of respect, integrity, and teamwork.
- Sanitize heavy machinery and equipment.
Requirements
- Ability to work in both cold and warm environments.
- Capacity to thrive in a fast‑paced setting.
- Physical strength to lift up to 50 lb.
- Experience with or ability to perform minor equipment changeovers.
- Proficiency using ERP systems for material handling and HMI for ingredient delivery.
- Team‑oriented mindset with a commitment to company values (Respect, Integrity, etc.).
- Ability to complete batching and traceability paperwork accurately.
- Own or be willing to acquire steel‑toe boots.
- Ability to read, speak, and write English.

Pay
Associates start at $24.25 per hour. A growth‑based pay program allows most associates to see increases within 3–6 months, based on skill development and training milestones.
Schedule
- Day Shift: 6 am – 6 pm, 12‑hour shifts with alternating weekends
- Night Shift: 6 pm – 6 am, 12‑hour shifts with alternating weekends
