Responsibilities

• Develop and implement new product formulations based on market trends and consumer insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, marketing, and sales to ensure product success.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry developments and consumer preferences.
• Manage product development timelines and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as chemistry, biology, or a related science.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in product development or a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with product development software and tools.

Qualifications

Preference will be given to candidates with experience in cannabis product development, knowledge of cannabis regulations, and a passion for innovation.
