Processing Lab, Lab Assistant

About the role

We are seeking Processing Laboratory Lab Assistants to join our team. This is a full-time/30+ position working a minimum of 32 hours per week on 3rd Shift including every other Saturday, plus a Holiday rotation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare blood donor samples for testing
• Perform quality control testing
• Provide support to Bench Techs
• Prepare components
• Release and label products
• Prepare products for shipping

Requirements

• Very detail oriented with great accuracy
• Great communication skills
• Team player
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Previous work in the medical field preferred
• Associate’s Degree or Medical Assistant Degree preferred
• The ability to stand for long periods of time
• The ability to lift up-to 50 pounds

Qualifications
