Responsibilities
- Open, assemble, log, and deliver all incoming mail, including facsimile communications.
- Monitor group email boxes and deliver items timely to the appropriate team.
- Import and process employer payroll data and contributions into the Relius recordkeeping system and reconcile processed data with employer-provided data.
- Maintain department log details.
- Implement functionalized trading and posting as assigned.
- Organize and input approved distribution/withdrawal requests, payment details, and tax coding for 1099-Rs.
- Review and process participant distribution and withdrawal requests.
- Generate and assemble loan paperwork, loan checks or ACH paperwork, and loan reports for participant loans; file electronically.
- Post loan payoffs.
- Serve as the initial contact for CSR questions.
- Promote an environment of teamwork within the department and across the bank.
- Represent INTRUST Bank in the community and focus on developing new business relationships.
- Maintain strict standards of confidentiality and perform duties in alignment with INTRUST’s Character Qualities.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; one year of general clerical experience required.
- Prior experience in third-party administration or participant recordkeeping is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multi-task and manage competing deadlines.
Physical Demands
- Extended periods of time spent viewing a personal computer, sitting, standing, and walking.
- Occasional lifting up to 25 lbs.
